RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Within 30 days if unopened
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees to return products
• Customers are encouraged to get insurance on returns in case the shipper damages the product being returned
• Old VA Hemp Co, LLC cannot accept damaged items for return or exchange, unless the customer received it in a damaged condition from Old VA Hemp Co, LLC
• If the customer receives a damaged product from Old VA Hemp Co, LLC the customer should document it and contact us immediately so that we can get to work on remedying the situation and the customer can receive the product they ordered in the condition that they, and we, expect it to be in when it arrives
